The mobile app signs you in with a code sent to your email — the same address you used to connect QuickBooks. There's no password to remember or lose.

A customer paid but got a reminder anyway.That shouldn't happen: every send is re-checked against the ledger at the moment of sending. If you see it, tell us — we treat it as a bug, not a nuisance.

Can Recoup change my books? No. The QuickBooks connection is read-only — Recoup cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your books.
